Project Overview - Shaw's Cove Lift Station

Shaw’s Cove lift station, located at Orange County’s popular dive destinations in Laguna Beach, was reconstructed to upgrade the 60 year old pump station that pumps 40,000 gallons of water per day.

With the City of Laguna Beach choosing a Copper Metal Panel, and as time passes, the copper reacts to the ocean breezes that cause the metal to naturally patina.

The General Contractor for the project was Orion Construction from Vista, California.

With significant logistical and topography challenges, Pacific Roofing Systems installed the Curved Copper Metal Roofing System and Custom Copper Soffit Panels on time and on budget.

The custom Curved Copper Metal Radius Panels were roll formed on-site to ensure that the radius angle was exact and to eliminate any damage to the panel that can occur during transportation.
