Pacific Roofing systems, was excellent. I cannot rave enough about the roofing crew. On time, everyday, worked hard, even my electrician and neighbors commented "they are doing a great job" They did a wonderful job of clean up, no problems. They had to go into neighbors yard, (have 0 lot line) and were very respectful of the property. Marc was great, had estimate quickly, and was able to begin in about 3 weeks. The estimate was very fair. (They have done at least 4 homes in the neighborhood, recently.) He was here every morning, checking to see if I had any questions. I definitely would use Pacific Roofing Systems again . Thanks Marc for a great, no issue , new roof!

Pacific Roofing Systems recently repaired a roof leak for me. I was very impressed with the level of service, schedule and pricing. Marc was very professional in his communication style and patiently answered all my questions with respect to the repair, materials being used and scheduling. His crew was able to repair the leak within one day! The entire process was seamless and easy. It's refreshing working with a contractor who is true to his word.

Marc has found my project and I look forward to having this repair done.
Pacific has a good reputation for good reason

Had a cement tile roof repair done above the garage. They got the job done quickly but also did quality work. The leak was fixed and a few days later no water damage from the tropical storm. Very responsive and professional to work with.

Pacific Roofing repaired a hole that was cut into our roof to remove a beehive. I tried the roofing company's our beehive removal service recommended -- but just getting bids from them was ridiculous. I had previously contracted Pacific Roofing to repair roof tile damage after termite tenting and they were great. Marc and his crew bid and did our beehive hole repair in a timely manner at a competitive price. If you need roof work done call these guys, they're outstanding.

Professional hard-working crew did a terrific job replacing our roof. Showed up early morning and stayed until late afternoon. Cleaned up at the end of every day. Competitive bid and no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Pacific Roofing Systems out of frustration with 3 other roofing companies who gave me estimates but never followed up as promised. Once contacting Pacific Roofing Systems, Marc got back to me very quickly and he was able to come out the next day to look at my roofing issue and give an estimate. Out of all the roofers I checked out, Marc took the most time to understand and discuss my roofing problem and give me options for the repairs needed. Once I decided to have Pacific Roofing Systems do the work, communication with Marc was very good- he always answered my emails - even when he was on vacation! Furthermore, Marc was also willing to work with me a bit on the price, which was appreciated.

The crew who performed the work was polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned up well after each day of work. One of the repairs was a corner on my roof and I was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship - it appears to be very good. The other repairs were too high on the roof for me to look at carefully, but I believe that the workmanship in that area is also very good. Overall, the experience with Pacific Roofing Systems was great!

I called Pacific roofing and spoke to Marc on Monday 8:30am for two major leak in my house. He has scheduled me at 11;00am same day. My roof is over 40 feet and hard to inspect. His professionalism was amazing, He came with drone and spotted the problems and scheduled me in 48 hrs due to rain.
His work was completed the day he has promised with very fair price. I highly recommend him for any roof issues. Today that we have storm, I have absolutely no leak. Thanks so much Marc.

Marc and his team were very professional, on time and quick. They did an excellent job detecting and repairing leaks on my second story roof, took photos and showed me before they did the work. They were good about communication and cleaning up afterwards.

Pacific Roofing is a superior company. Have used numerous times. Alan always returns calls and if busy will put you on the schedule and update when they are available. They are fair, honest and reliable. He does a thorough inspection and reviews all work with you. One of the few companies you can depend on and we highly recommend.

Replaced two skylights, one operable , the other with shade . Very profesional, did a great job. I am so happy with my new skylights. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were always here as promised. Finished the job in one week. Always kept us updated. The owner made visits during the work. The various crews were all tidy, polite, and congenial. At the end of work each day there was not a speck of debris left behind. They did a beautiful job and went above and beyond our expectations. We were impressed that for each phase of the work there was an appropriate number of workers. 8 men the first day to remove the old roof so that got done in one day. Very pleased

I'll keep this short - Alan and his team completely met my expectations. Professional and prompt communication, great execution (we had two skylights replaced). I highly recommend Pacific Roofing Systems and definitely would hire them again for any roofing related repairs.

These guys are a class act! I finally replaced my leaky for 10 years skylight. Big storm comes in right after installation and....nothing. YAY. Reasonable price and excellent workmanship. Seriously, one of the easiest construction projects we ever completed. I will definitely be calling Alan if we ever need roof work again.

I used this company to replace the glass in my skylights and was very pleased. From Alan coming out to estimate the job to the gentlemen who did the job, the experience was good from beginning to end. Would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Pacific Roofing Systems did a great job with our roof leak, and everyone (from the inspector who first went on our roof, to the owner and people who run the office) were pleasant and courteous to work with. They made sure to get our roof fixed before the next rains, and to do the job right.
The only downside is that I have no idea how they priced their quote (it was just a number, with no breakdown of parts & labor), and given their labor rate, it was very high. Unfortunately by the time we got the quote our leak was still there and more rain was coming, so we had no time to get competing quotes and just had them do the work.
We're happy with the results, but our wallet is hurting!

I made four calls to roofers regarding cement tiles that came off during a particularly windy week. I figured no one would respond to such a small project, but two did call back. One said they didn't have an open schedule in the foreseeable future and only Alan made time to come out a couple of days later.

It was a week or so afterwards that his project manager, Martin, came out with a crew and replaced the tiles. They were quick and professional. I intend to hire Pacific to do an entire re-roof when needed.

Alan and his team are incredible! I was in a pinch and needed a roof inspection ASAP, I called him in a panic and he was able to provide a general quote over the phone and because he was so familiar with the area he knew the exact community. Which is why I felt content with just that. But, a couple of hours later I received a call from him saying he was able to squeeze us in and he personally went out to the property and measured the roof so he could provide an even more accurate quote for us. Bottom-line, Pacific Roofing Systems went above and beyond. They are well informed and their customer service is stellar!

We discovered a leak in our 30 year roof this winter and contacted several roofers. We placed our confidence in Alan, who was informative, honest and in constant communication with us throughout the whole project. His team did an excellent job re-roofing our home. What a professionally run business Pacific Roofing Systems is. I was instantly pleased when Alan came for the initial appointment to diagnose the problem. I had the sense then we were in good hands with this business! The work was completed just a couple of days ago. There was a crew of 4 to do the repairs needed for the roof. They worked hard and cleaned up after the job. The final invoice and report of the damage was supplemented with pictures of what they had to do.

We had water damage at the base of our indoor fireplace. The first roofing company we asked for an inspection said we needed a roof tune-up for $1,700. We wanted a second opinion and Alan from Pacific Roofing Systems arrived and did the inspection.
He found a softball size hole in the stucco of the chimney near the roofline. He shared a picture of it and said stucco is not something they do. He gave us a referral.
Alan was professionally dressed and articulate. It was great to deal with a person who was honest about the problem, honest about the solution, and honest that this was not something they work on.
Although we are not customers, our experience with them is noteworthy. We recommend considering them for any roof issues.

I manage an HOA in Laguna Beach and Pacific Roofing came out for an urgent repair when our long time company was too booked for us due to the volume of calls from this year's torrential rain fall. We were very happy with their work and look forward to a long relationship with our new preferred roofer! In fact, I am calling Pacific Roofing again right now!!

I had Pacific Roofing Systems complete a rain gutter project on my house that left me not only pleased, but ready to refer them. Why? because I contacted a number of other companies to receive bids on the project, and about half said call us back in three months, and the others said we don't do "only' rain gutters. Pacific Roofing Systems deserves more than 5 stars. Alan is professional and truly takes pride in his job. We were even able to get our roof repair covered by our Homeowners Insurance due to a letter Alan wrote for us. Alan provides a detailed scope of work and delivers an awesome end product. We had 2 other bids but we decided to go with Alan due to his in depth knowledge of roofing and we are so glad we did.

We have a low pitch roof which most roofers don't even want to touch but Alan knew exactly how to repair our leak and he did it with up to date materials.

Allen is one of most responsive vendors/contractors that I have ever used. He used the latest technology in identifying my roof issues and was very thorough in explaining best remedies for a leak I had. He knew I was concerned about in coming rain and made it a priority to get me fixed ...days before Xmas. For customer service they are a 10 out of 10. I received follow up calls and cards to ensure my home was dry and that I was satisfied. I will remember them for any recommendation I may be asked for. 5 stars!!!!

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the excellent customer service and workmanship I received from Pacific Roofing Systems.
I had a roofer come out from another company. I was in a tough spot. My house was in escrow and I needed a few repairs done right away. I also needed a written certification, that the work was completed, and that the roof still had quite a bit of life left. Well, the "other" roofer gave me high quote, and a promise of proper certification. He did some work, took my money, and did not provide certification.
I reached out to Pacific Roofing Systems. I spoke with Alan Stovesand, and he could not have been more helpful! I explained my situation in detail. I just needed the work done and the certification. Alan completely understood and was extremely empathetic with what I had experienced. I asked when he could complete the work and the cost for what I needed done.
Alan told me he could have someone out in 2 days. Now... not only did Alan have someone come out the NEXT day, he would not accept a penny from me!
In a time where we don't seem to receive even a respectable amount of quality customer service, Alan went above and beyond what would be hoped for! The customer service, quality of work, the follow through, and just the simple kindness... was an unexpected and unbelievably pleasant surprise, to say the least!

I spent some time talking with several roofers about fixing a leak from a balcony that was affecting the wall below it. Pacific gave what seemed the most reasonable and well thought out estimate, so I hired them. Communication was easy, and the crew that did the work was very professional. I watched the project through and was impressed by the care and quality of the work. The result is a beautiful patio and good waterproofing. I will use Pacific Roofing again.

Pacific Roofing Systems did a terrific job installing a standing metal seam roof on my house recently. Unlike several other companies, Alan showed up on time, provided an itemized quote and gladly accommodated several customizations for my project. His company has a lot of experience with the roof type, so he was able to answer all of my questions. The installation crew all did a great job - they were also very polite and kept the work site clean every day. Quality product at a competitive price.

Pacific Roofing System has excellent customer service. They were able to get me on schedule right away to do a final inspection on a home so that we could close escrow early. It was essential to get a qualified roofing specialist to the property and they really stepped up. Pacific Roofing Systems did a superior job on our new standing-seam metal roof as well as new skylights and flat roof areas. Alan is detail oriented, professional, and an overall extremely nice guy! Our roof had many angles and previous leak issues. He explained what would work best in each area. The roof is the visual highlight of our home now! Everyone comments on how nice it looks. The workers were polite and cleaned up.

It has been some time when the replaced our roof and a small leak showed with our current heavy rains recently. They can out the same day and they are in the process of repairing it at no cost.... Excellent customer service..
